How’s it going? I’m Coach Tyler! I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a B.S. in Health & Exercise Science and over a decade of hands-on training experience. From serving in the Army to competing as a bodybuilder and performing as a collegiate cheerleader, I’ve lived every angle of what it means to push the human body to its limits—and train with purpose.
Now, I coach high-performing professionals who are serious about building a strong, aesthetic, and functional physique. My training style combines evidence-based strength training with athletic movement and the discipline it takes to create lasting results. If you’re tired of plateauing or wasting time in the gym with no clear plan, I’ll give you the tools, structure, and accountability you need to unlock your best physique without burnout.
If you don’t find me in the gym, I am typically spending my free time traveling. I’ve been passionate about health and fitness since my first workout class at OU in 2015. I’ve known ever since that I wanted to help people become the best versions of themselves My goal for Rogue community is to help build strong, confident individuals and be a source of education for anyone walking through our doors.
Hey everyone! I’m Coach Justin, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 8 years of lifting experience and over 2 years of coaching clients towards results. Over the last 2 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping nearly 300 people crush their fitness goals so far.
I grew up in the wrestling room and now train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so movement, strength, and discipline have always been huge parts of my life. Personal training lets me turn that passion into purpose, guiding others towards the version of themself they’ve always wanted to be.
When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me hiking, traveling, rolling on the mats, or spending quality time with friends and family.
My goal for the Rogue community is building a strong, motivated crew that supports each other and shows up ready to put in the work!
