Mike and Erica Mullinax
Our Story
Michael and Erica Mullinax got married in June of 2006. They have 4 amazing kids, Emma, Kingston, Presley, and Fender Cross. Mike and Erica are Youth Pastors at Jubilee Church in Tulsa, OK. where Michael also in charge of the Media Department. The Mullinax Family have a busy life style from church and school activities but there favorite thing to do is hitting up the Movies late on Tuesday Nights together.
HOW ROGUE MARTIAL ARTS STARTED
Michael was at a local cage fight event back in 2009. While at the event he met up with an old friend walking a team mate to the cage. At the end of the night they got to talking and Mike was invited to come check out classes at Triton Fight Center in Tulsa Oklahoma. After his first class, Mike was hooked. He fell in love with how he was watching smaller people control and even beat larger training partners. After several years and a couple kids, Mike signed up at a smaller school closer to home. Still competing Mike quickly got placed in as the head instructor of Grace Owasso, a Gracie RGDA Affiliate. Keeping with the values he learned from his first instructor he knew that he needed a change from the leadership he was working for. So, with the help of his team mate Jon, Rogue was started. Mike affiliated under his long time Coach and Mentor 3rd Degree Black Belt Professor Piet Wilhelm of Triton Fight Center in Broken Arrow OK. After many years of leasing small section in different locations Mike and his wife Erica signed the lease on their very first store front. Now at the end of 2022, Mike and Erica have bought Owasso 180 and have a 13,000sqft ultimate training center.
Mike is a Black Belt and teaches all the classes offered at Rogue Martial Arts.
