BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Our MMA Program is broken into several different classes to help just about anyone with their goals. We have MMA for those that want learn self defense striking or have ambitions to climb into the cage. We also have Cardio striking classes for those that want a great calorie burn class. LADIES ONLY JIU JITSU
Here at Rogue we have a great Ladies Only Class that meet on Thursday Nights from 7:30 to 8:30. Taught by a life time martial arts practitioner and Purple Belt under Professor Mike, These Ladies don't just learn Jiu Jitsu, they support each other! KIDS JIU JITSU - STRIKING
At Rogue we have 6 hours a week of classes for Kids. We offer Jiu Jitsu and Striking classes. We also have 2 day time classes on Monday and Wednesday at 1pm for Home School and Summer.
