All cancellations need to be submitted at least 7 days before the last day of the month. You need to add the following info to you email.

Phone Number

Each Name on Account

Email will allow us to make sure cancellations are tracked without staff needing to get involved. It is also time stamped for records.

 ALL MEMBERSHIPS ARE SETUP ON AUTO DRAFT.
